I need to apologize for taking so long getting the next lesson done. I thought it would be done by now, but I’ve been experiencing the effects of jet lag more than usual and haven’t been working a lot since I got back from vacation.
LOL, I guess I needed a vacation from my vacation ๐ But seriously, I had a great time with my family, plus two sisters-in-law. We spent a week in Paris, then explored the Mediterranean coast of France from Spain all the way to Italy.
We’re a homeschool family, so it also served as a very educational field trip!
It’s a beautiful country. We were continually amazed by the graciousness of the people we encountered everywhere we went. The stereotype of French people being rude to Americans is totally obsolete.
Anyway, I’m now working on the next lesson. And in the mean time, here are some photos from our trip…
You can see some more pics on my flickr account.
Have a great day!
it is good ……..bob
thanks for your help.
Hi Eric,
Great photo’s and just wanted to say how valuable I find the information on your blog.
Was your little boy really about to eat the sardine? My little ones would freak out looking at the eyes etc.
Great work
Cheers
Paul
lovely pics eric. My wife is french, from the south of france, between the alps and the coast. It really is a beautiful country isn’t it.We go there once a year and i never want to go back to the uk at the end of our stay.Living in france is my main vision. {lesson 13}When things get tough and im struggling for ideas of what to do next,my vision always gets me back on track and seeing your pictures has just given me another boost. Thanks for that.
Thanks for sharing your pictures and trip to France. I went for 3 weeks in 1993 and felt the same way about the people. It was a very transformational time for me and in many ways I felt very much at home. For 3 weeks we never new where we were going to stay or where we were going to go, very spontaneous and the food was truly an art form like everything else.
Thanks for bringing back a lot of good memories.
There were so many special moments and places. One of my favorite was the Muse’e d’Orse’e Museum. I cried like a baby and wept for the beauty of it all.
Mark
This is so cool, I envy you for this trip ๐
Thanks ๐ Yeah he’s a pretty adventurous eater (probably more than the rest of us). He didn’t actually eat the heads though. But on the trip he also ate mussels and frog legs.
It’s a good goal/vision. I could see myself possibly living in France some day. The great thing about Internet marketing is you can take it anywhere in the world; all you need is an internet connection.
The art… the food… yes it really is awesome ๐
Nice Eric,,, enjoying life,, nice photos specially the ones of your youngest son…. That’s what an internet entrepenour is all about…. keep it up and God bless you and your Family…
Beautiful photos. Being a romantic, I loved the one with the two of you and the Eiffel tower in the background, awesome!
You’re a fortunate man! But, then again, it looks like you deserve it after following all your well done videos.
Hey, that picture with the bike leaning up against the building..it looks like a professional picture. Something you see in an encyclopedia =) Nice iStock Photo =)
Keep up all your great work Eric!!

Great photos. Made me a bit homesick for Europe. I was going to ask you what camera you are using until I saw the last photo ๐
Keep well,
Ben Shaffer
Hi Eric,
Amazing photos! If nothing else I suggest you take up photography ! Where is photo number 10, the one with the rocks and the pine tree in the sea. Fantastic shot!
Thank you so much, Eric, for sharing your life with us as well as all of your tips on website creation and mindset. I enjoyed your photographs as I used to live on the southern coast of Crete and have also spent some time traveling through France.
I’ve really enjoyed the lessons you’ve shared on Vision, Goals, Plans and commitment etc. because I’ve never really had clear in my mind before the difference between vision and goals and your explanation helped to clarify things for me, so I can understand better how to proceed.
God bless you and your family.
Thanks, it really is a romantic place
thanks! I actually did take some extra “stock” photos during the trip so I can build up a portfolio for istock.
Hi Eric – you are an artist! The photos are awesome and the manipulation of the color made the pictures breathtaking!

Looks like you had a lot of fun.
My family and I are trying to plan a trip this summer to Europe, should be a lot of fun.
Thanks again for sharing,
J.R.

Joan
Hey Eric,
All the pictures are awesome, my favorite one is #15 ๐
Did you learn some french words during your trip?
I am french but not from France from Canada(Quebec)
Thanks for sharing your photos.
Cheers,
Cedric Aubry
Thanks… yes, and I studied French for several years when I was younger and brushed up a bit before the trip, so it was very fun to get the opportunity to speak it ๐
Hi Eric
looks like a great place, some realy good views in your pictures. But how did you get your children to eat that fish? I know mine would not,it tuff to get them to eat full stop unless its sweets or rubish. Thanks for showing us your holiday looks like you all enjoyed.
Nice pictures of your trip. Looks like you’ve got some great reference for paintings! BTW thanks for all of your help, it is appreciated.
It was just my oldest son who ate it… and that’s what he chose to order! He likes trying different things. The others stuck to “safer” bets like chicken and salmon.
Hey Eric,
Looks like you and your family had a blast. Loved the water pictures,so clear. I hope to be able to visit France again some day. I cook but I miss the authentic ingredients.
Great pictures, I like the baby’s smile. What is his name? I have two boys Jaden and Jeol. They are a joy.
Was it a girl kissing another girl in that #5, just checking. Anyway great pictures and thanks for sharing and letting us know what we can accomplish. You are such a great mentor to me and many others here. God bless you and your family.
You have brighten my day.
Fabulous photos Eric!
I will one day visit Paris. Though writing from Australia I can only do that in my dreams or via the web for now.
Cheers,
Jon
This is just a little request if you can.
Can you send me a high res of the 2 watery ones. I would like to put them on my desktop. They look great!
Just email if you can or send me the links.
Thanks!
9 & 10.
What a gift, to have collected these memories and great photographic images as a family! Excellent photographic eye too (another frustrated artist surfaces!)
I loved Paris and the whole French experience as well. I see you and your family met “Monet” in the Tuilleries, and probably some great art in the Louvre as well. There is no where else in the world to experience art that “up close and personal.”
Well, now we all know why we want to pursue our efforts on a internet business!
No need to apologise for showing us a different variety of lesson! It was just as valuable to me.
Thank You Eric for being You.

Ahoy, nice work. Did you eat some freedom fries?
Cool Videos Eric, I am jealous, I want to Go, LOL!
Let me ask you a question, Eric.
What was your son eating?
Hi Eric, this is my first time blogging your website. From your pictures that vacation trip looked relaxing and enjoyable. It’s a good thing to break out of the daily routines to appreciate life’s different cultures abroad.
Kevin
Very nice.Thank you.
Looks like a great trip Eric! As far as I can see none of the children got injured this time LOL maybe this is a new trend.
Since your son is adventurous in trying new foods I was wondering if he had tried miracle fruit? My plant has fruit if y’all want to try them.

Just had to chime and thanks and kudos to you. What a GREAT trip. I worked in southern France for awhile and can appreciate all that you are sharing with your family. Memories of a lifetime with more to come. Thanks again and keep ’em coming. I always consult your tips before I make any internet decisions!

VERY NICE ERIC, THANKS FOR SHARING & TAKING THE TIME TO PUT THEM UP ON THE SITE.ALSO THANKS FOR TALKING ABOUT HOW NICE PEOPLE ARE WHEN YOU TRAVEL…I FOUND OUT MANY YEARS AGO WHEN I TRAVELED, THAT IF I WAS VERY FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS TO PEOPLE, FOR THE MOST PART THEY WERE VERY RECEPTIVE TO KINDNESS FROM ME… THANKS AGAIN, MICHAEL N.
