      Hey Eric,

Great first lesson. But it’s already after 5:00 pm the day after you launched and I never actually got an email sent to me about this post. Let me know if I was supposed to have.

Just to be safe, I’ve followed your advice and added you to my safe list -just in case the trouble is with my spam filter trying to stop your tips!

Oh, and I just wanted to say that you come across as such a down-to-earth “real” kind of guy…who knew that you were secretly so RICH??

🙂 Keep up the good work Eric!

      Thanks Eric,
You are a blessing! I’m looking forward to your leadership, I’ve been trying to get started but yes, got bogged way down in confusion by gathering more information than I can ever even read, let alone make sense of. (missed my startup goal a few months ago) Keep up your good works.
Also, thanks to Sabrina for asking her question, I was anticipating the next email too.

and can I propose an ad swap with you?

I know my list size is not as big as yours but I think my subscribers will be benefited from your tutorials and saving them big bucks on buying unnecessarily products. So what I will do is promote your free tips forever in my autoresponder (I will write the email and seek your approval first) and you just send once of my ad to your list?

Eric: Enjoyed your first Lesson. I am so graceful that someone on the web is taking a truly honest approach of provide IM information for the newbies. Yes, you’re absolutely correct- there are a lot of noise of there on the web about Information Overload.

Just one question: How do I create a Gmail FOLDER.
I thought I created one on the lower left hand column where it reads EDIT LABEL section. I created a NAME and MOVE the email into it, But after that I deleted the INBOX mails and then the EDIT LABEL folder emails are GONE???

Please advice, I couldn’t locate any other folder section in GMAIL Account.

      Thank you,

Can’t believe you are actually just giving this to us when everyone else charges $200. to a $1000. for their info. WOW!!!

Question; How do you make a page that uploads the product itself for others to download? Not the click here page, but the actual download page.

      Hi Eric,

I’ve really been looking forward to learning from you. Glad it’s begun!

My experience with generating online revenue has been extremely limited. About two years ago I posted about 30 old articles that I’d written on various business topics, slapped on some AdSense code, and pretty much forgot about the site. Since then, Google has paid just over $200. Now I’m ready to learn how to really do things right.

Thank you for doing this. God bless!

Hi Eric, thank you for providing the training series, I am looking foreward to it. I am a 75 year old pensioner, but despite having paid for 4 training courses and completing them, as far as I could I cannot get past first base. I have 4 websites, including a resale hosting site and two fully stocked eBook stores and no traffc, getting traffic seems to be very difficult.

First, thank you for sharing about Pray Way. That really solidified your standing in my eyes. I like the idea that you have a bigger boss than yourself. I appreciate your living out your faith in the real world.

Second, thank you for your willingness to share your wisdom. I have been looking at online marketing for years, but never actually implemented anything. I want to do that now. I have purchased a good amount of products and subscribe to lots of sites, but still am on the sidelines trying to get into the game.

How long will this be going on for?
100 lessons – is that 100 days? weeks? hours?

Although this first lesson is very basic and an introduction of yourself, the way you are sharing this…well, it’s not just information, there’s a heart beat behind it! God bless you!
I also encourage you to continue with the basic education of making “files” or “folders” and how we can best organize our business on our computers. I’ve got stuff all over the place in no real order! Basic, but will help us in the long run I’m sure.

How true, “When the student is ready the Teacher appears.” I was just thinking this week how I should probably really unsubscribe to half my incoming emails and really focus and apply all the info I’m taking in. Help with putting the pieces of this Internet Marketing puzzle together is greatly appreciated.

So, while I will unsubscribe to many a lists, yours will definitely be a keeper!

I appreciate your integrity and determination not to promote something you are not convinced will be worth the investment in time and money.

Hi Eric, this is a great idea and I look forward to hearing from you. However, I must admit that I don’t like videos (I’m probably in the minority here)and would prefer to read. I started watching Lesson 1 and after 10 minutes it stopped and wouldn’t start again. It’s like starting a book and having the last page ripped out. Any chance of being able to read your following lessons?

I’ve been anticipating the start of your series since your announcement of your FreeLine.

I have also read Chris Anderson’s article that you mentioned earlier. Chris mentioned something that I have not been paying attention for some time – reputation economy.

A relative starter in this iMktg area (compare to most folks), I get overwhelmed with massive informations out there. That’s what internet is about anyway, information. I believe, the key is having an objective so that the information you need and get, will be used to attain that objective or goal.

A lot of times, we’re caught with gurus ‘teaching’ or ‘selling’ information instead of trying to figure out what we want to achieve first. Then most people end up drifting in the sea of information which in itself could be useful but is not necessary to achieve their objective. I’m one of those ‘drifters’ too, but has found something to hold on now.

I’m looking forward to your series as I am also at a point of figuring my freeline that I can offer. Just need to solidify my business model.

After groping my way around internet marketing for a long time, I came across Eric through the Instant Adsense Templates. This was the first time/product that I was shown how to do something which I needed to do to make money, and I have been very greatful to Eric since then. I feel I have a long way to go still, but I appreciate that Eric continues to help all of us, because he surely does not have to. Thank you Eric!

      Eric,

Thanks for creating your series of lessons. Sorting through all the information that is available on the internet has been my biggest challenge.

Even though I have owned my own business and been in marketing for many years, your tips and lessons will be truly helpful in growing my internet business.

Knowing who to trust is probably the second most difficult challenge. Thanks for being honest and down to earth. Also, I appreciate your desire to provide relevant and useful information.

      Eric,

      who said this…

      (excerpt)
“The size of your vision will dictate the size of the result.

In order to set your vision higher, you need to see YOURSELF as a person of worth. You need to know that YOU are a valuable resource, and you hold the potential for great things.

If you are young (like me), this should be obvious. Your life is an unwritten book. You can make it what you want it to be.

If you are old, this still applies. You are a fountain of wisdom and experience. You hold great value, and many of the world’s greatest accomplishments have occurred in the latter years of people’s lives.”

Eric did back on Nov. 21st, 2006!

VISION Part 3: Lift Your Vision Higher!

Thought that revisiting this complete post of yours would be a great place to everyone to at least visit now, at the very beginning of these lessons in order to get a very honest and real focus toward what can and will turn out to be something great. Hope you agree.

You see, we’ve been with you a long time now and I’m glad to see you taking the lead, or at least following the lead to “getting back to Fre.e.”

The whole “giving” aspect has been highly overlooked by many of the most successful people out there for far to long. If “they” only knew what can become from giving.

By doing so it opens up so many additional avenues for others to give… it can end up causing a chain reaction of good in many many ways. Your a smart man and remind me of me with your giving spirit. I always have believed that the more you give, the more you will receive;)

We will start over with you and try to chime in and add support to any and all who sail to success with the rest of us!

      Hi Eric,
I use both GMail and Yahoo but I’ve never been able to figure out why I can’t use Outlook and/or Outlook Express. Every time I come to a site which has an email link that uses Outlook I try to send the email but it never goes anywhere. I’ve attempted to delete the program and download again from Microsoft’s site but as you spoke about in your first lesson there must be some kind of disconnect of information where I’ve missed a step.I hope maybe you cover this or maybe one of your readers has solved this problem and can help.

I’ve purchased some of your products and you are what you say you are.I look forward to learning from you in this step by step method and want to thank you for so generously
giving your time to help people who probably have spent a ton of money but have not been able to connect the dots to make money online. I am one of them!

Great first lesson Eric! I am really looking forward to learning lots from you. I, too, suffer from information overload but I try to keep everything organized with folders in my e-mail and on my computer. I also keep separate notes in MS Office and in a separate notebook with links and sites I find useful, etc.

      Looking forward to Lesson #2!
