Here is something I’m thankful for…
(My wife, 5 kids, 2 cousins, mother-in-law, and 24 flavors of frozen custard. This was a fun day on one of our road trips, and was a special time because it was the last day we saw my wife’s grandfather before he died.)

I am thankful for crying right now, to feel the relief that this crying is bringing, it feels really great to cry…just learning that, to allow the tears to flow, who would have thought that such a simple thing could bring on such amazing relief…see I was taught that it’s weak to cry and never do it, hold back those tears and I did for years, in fact 40 years I held my head high, fault back those tears and until recently I kept them bottled up inside and for some reason today Eric, this simple little contest has brought me great relief and the tears are now flowing…thanks you so much for this…you are a wonderful person, and maybe someday I will get to meet you and give you a hug, warm regards
